I loved when my grandmother would fry up the zucchini flowers This is under Vegetables in recipe circus

List of Ingredients

zucchini flowers approx 20
1 scoop Flour
Salt & Pepper
2 Egg
water
Olive Oil
Veg oil


Recipe

Keep the green part of flower, soak flowers in water to clean
You can keep flowers whole

Make a batter of flour,water,eggs,salt and pepper.
The batter should be looser than pancake batter


Dip flowers in batter don't shake off excess than fry in veg & Olive oil til golden

Salt again when on platter after frying
