Grandmas famous cornbread stuffing

Recipe Introduction
I grew up eating this corn bread it has been passed down by three generations and still loved by the family and all who eat it is out of this world.
List of Ingredients
1. corn bread (recipe follows)
2. 7 slices of oven dried white bread
3. 1 sleeve of saltine crackers
4. 2 cups of celery chopped
5. 1 large onion chopped
6. 8 TB of butter (not margarine)
7. 7 cups of chicken stock
8. 1 TS salt
9. freshly ground black pepper to taste
10. 1 TS sage
11. 1 TB poultry seasonig (preferably BELL'S)
12. 5 eggs beaten well
Corn bread recipe:
1. 1 cup of self rising corn meal
2. 1/2 cup of self rising flour
3. 3/4 cup of buttermilk
4. 2 eggs
5. 2 TB vegetable oilRecipe
IN A LARGE POT ADD BUTTER AND VEGETABLES AND SAUTEE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT ADD CHICKEN STOCK AND ALL THE SEASONINGS BRING TO A BOIL, THEN ADD CRUMBLED UP CORN BREAD, TOAST AND SALTINE CRACKERS. MIX WELL. THAN ADD THE EGG MIX WELL ONCE AGAIN PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 AND TAKE A LG CASSEROLE DISH AND PUT STUFFING IN, PUT A FEW PATS OF BUTTER ON TOP AND BAKE FOR A 1/2 AN HOUR TO 45 MINUTES THAN ENJOY YOUL LOVE IT
