    Easy Yeast Dinner Rolls

    Source of Recipe

???, I've had this recipe since I was a teenager-dont remember where I got it.

    List of Ingredients

    • 3/4 cup lukewarm water 2 Tbsp. sugar
    • 1 pkg. yeast 2 Tbsp. oil
    • 1/4 c. dry powdered milk 1 egg
    • 1 tsp. salt 2 1/2 c. flour

    Instructions

    1. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water, hold about 5 minutes. Add powdered milk, salt, sugar, and oil. Beat all until smooth and soft dough forms. Knead on lightly floured board until elastic or about 8-10 minutes. Place in a greased bowl and turn until greased side is up. Cover, let rise until doubled. Punch down in center. Form rolls or loaves, put in greased pans, let rise about 30 minutes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or more depending on how brown you like your bread or rolls.
