1 C. flour
1 C. cornmeal
1/2 C. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 C. milk
1/4 C. canola oil
Recipe
Mix all dry ingredients. Add all of the wet ingredients. Stir just until smooth: do not over mix. Cook in a greased 9 x 9 pan for 20-25 minutes @ 425'F.
