    White Zucchini Cake

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/4 cups sugar
    3 eggs
    3/4 cup oil
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    2 cups grated zucchini
    2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon

    Recipe



    Beat together sugar and eggs. Add rest of ingredients and mix. Add nuts if desired. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Frost with creamed cheese frosting as desired.
