    Apple Pie Filling

    List of Ingredients

    40 cups apples
    6 1/2 cups sugar
    1 1/2 cups clear gel
    1 Tbsp and 1 tsp cinnamon
    3/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp allspice
    1 1/4 tsp salt
    14 cups water
    1/4 cup lemon juice

    Recipe

    Cook all except lemon juice until hot - then add lemon juice. Fill jars to 1 1/2 inch head space. Pressure cook 5 lbs 10 minutes
