6 eggs
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups frozen hash browns
1/2 cup diced ham


Recipe

Grease 9" pie pan. Mix eggs and seasonings. Add potatoes, hash browns, and ham. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
