    3 Tbsp tapioca
    3 Tbsp sugar
    1 egg yolk
    2 Tbsp sugar
    1/8 tsp salt
    2 cups milk
    1 egg white
    3/4 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    Mix tapioca, 3 Tbsp sugar, milk and egg yolk. Let stand 5 minutes. Beat egg white till foamy. Gradually beat in 2 Tbsp sugar to soft peaks. Set aside. Cook tapioca mixture to full boil. Fold in egg white mixture. Stir in vanilla. Cool

    To make Quick tapioca pudding: Mix tapioca, 5 Tbsp sugar, milk and whole egg. Cook to full boil. Stir in vanilla. Cool.
