    2 lb ground beef
    1 pkg stove top stuffing
    1 cup water
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 cup barbecue sauce

    Recipe



    Mix all except 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Shape mixture into oval loaf in 9 x 13 pan. Top with remaining barbecue sauce. Cover and bake at 375 for 1 hour.
