Pork Chops and Rice

List of Ingredients
4 large pork chops or 8 small pork chops
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 cup rice (not quick cooking rice)
2 cans water
1 Tbsp soy sauceRecipe
Brown chops on both sides. In baking dish put rice, mushroom soup, soy sauce, and water. Stir. Place pork chops on top of mixture. Cook covered at 350 for 45 minutes. If rice seems to be getting dry add another 1/2 cup of water.
