2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
2/3 cup oil
3 Tbsp milk
Recipe
Sift flour, sugar, and salt in 8-9" pie pan. Mix milk and oil together and pour over flour mixture. Mix until flour moistened. Reserve 1/3 of the dough for top crust. Press remaining dough against sides and bottom of pan. Fill with desired filling. Crumble reserved dough across the top of filling. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
