    Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes

    List of Ingredients


    • 15 oz can pumpkin
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
    • 2/3 cup flour
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp baking powder
    • 2 tsp pumpklin pie spice


    Instructions


    1. Mix dry ingredients together. Add to Mixture of all other ingredients. Put batter into cupcake tins with papers - use 1/3 cup for each cupcake. Makes about 12 cupcakes. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
