    German Potato Salad #6

    List of Ingredients




    2 lb potatoes cut in 1/4" slices
    2 oz real bacon pieces

    Dressing:
    1 cup beef broth
    3/4 cup cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp oil
    1/2 tsp celery seed
    2 Tbsp flour
    2 Tbsp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper

    Recipe



    Cook potatoes till tender. Drain. Add bacon to potatoes. Place all dressing ingredients in pan and bring to boil whisking often. Simmer 2-3 minutes till thickened. Pour over potatoes. Toss gently. Serve warm.
