    Pretzel Pineapple Salad

    List of Ingredients

    1 stick margarine
    1 cup crushed pretzels
    1 cup sugar
    8 oz cream cheese
    20 oz can crushed drained pineapple
    16 oz whipped topping

    Recipe

    Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan. Add 1/2 cup sugar and crushed pretzels. Stir until pretzels coated and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Cool. Stir occasionally while cooling. In bowl combine cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar. Cream until smooth. Fold in pineapple and add cool whip. Add cooled pretzels and stir well. Chill and serve.
