2 cups uncooked rice
4 1/2 cups water
4-6 Tbsp onion or vegetable soup mix
4 cups frozen corn, peas, or mixed vegetables
Recipe
Combine rice, water, and soup mix and bring to a boil. Add vegetables. Return to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes or until rice and vegetables are tender
