    List of Ingredients




    1 chocolate cookie crust
    8 oz. cream cheese
    14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
    4 squares semisweet chocolate
    1 t. vanilla extract

    Recipe



    melt semisweet chocolate; set aside
    in large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy
    gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth
    stir in melted chocolate and vanilla
    pour into crust. chill 3 hr. or until set
    top with caramel and pecans. refrigerate leftovers
