List of Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 10 oz Cream of Chicken and Cream of Mushroom soups
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Boil potatoes, cool and then remove skin and slice thin into buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole dish
- In small saucepan mix together, 1/2 cup butter, soups, cheese, green onions and sour cream
- Stir over low heat just until heated through and pour over potatoes
- Mix 1/4 cup butter with breadcrumbs. Mix well and sprinkle over potatoes.
- Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly
