Viva La Chicken Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can green chile salsa
- 1 onion - minced
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 lb cheddar cheese - can use mix of Cheddar and Jack cheese
Instructions
- Cut, Bone and cut chicken in bite size pieces
- Cut tortillas in 1 inch strips
- Mix soups, milk, onions and salsa
- Grease large casserole dish, add 4 TBSP milk to bottom of dish
- Cover bottom of dish with tortillas strips, add half of the chicken and top with half of the sauce. Repeat layers ending with sauce.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours then bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add cheese last 20 minutes.
