    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream
    • 1/8 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 2 cups powdered sugar
    • 1 cup pecans, toasted and chopped


    Instructions


    1. In a saucepan, combine the butter, sugars, cream and salt.
    2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occassionally.
    3. Boil for 5 minutes., stirring constantly.
    4. Remove from heat and stir in the powdered sugar until smooth.
    5. Fold in the pecans.
    6. Spread into a buttered 8 inch dish.
    7. Cool to room temperature and cut into 1 inch squares.
    8. Store in fridge.
