Berry Oatmeal Muffins

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 T plus 1 c oats, divided
1 1/2 T plus 1/2 c.brown sugar, divided
1 c blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 T. plus 1 c flour
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 t cinnamon
1 c raspberry or strawberry yogurt
4 T melted butter
1 egg
1 t vanilla
Recipe
1. Combine 1 1/2 T oats and 1 1/2 T brown sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
2. In another bowl, gently toss blueberries with 1 T. flour and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine the remaining oats, brown sugar, flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
4. In another bowl, combine the yogurt, butter, egg and vanilla.
5. Gently stir the yogurt mixture into the flour mixture until dry ingredients are moistened, but still lumpy.
6. Gently fold in the blueberries.
7. Fill greased muffin tins almost to the top.
8. Sprinkle the reserved oats and brown sugar mixure over the tops.
9. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 min or until done.
