Recipe Introduction


I like this version since it does not use mayonaise, but is still creamy.





List of Ingredients



• 1/2 cup sugar
  
• 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  
• 1/4 cup oil
  
• 1/8 tsp celery seed
  
• 1/4 cup sour cream
  
• 1/8 tsp pepper
  
• 1/2 tsp salt
  
• 1/8 tsp ground mustard
  
• 1 lb pkg coleslaw mix
  
• 1/8 c chopped onion.
  






Instructions



1. In a saucepan, combine the vinegar, sugar and oil.
   
2. Bring to a boil,stirring occassionally.
   
3. Remove from heat and stir in the celery seed. Cool completely.
   
4. Add coleslaw mix and onions together in a serving bowl.
   
5. Add the celery seed mixture, salt, sour cream, pepper, and mustard and mix well.
   
6. Cover and refrigerate until chilled to serve.
