Chicken Marinade

Recipe Introduction
This sauce/marinade can be prepared and stored in the refrigerator for a week before using. Makes enough to marinate up to 10 chicken halves.
List of Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 1 pint cider vingar
- 3 Tablespoons salt
- 1 Tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Beat the egg.
- Add oil and beat again.
- Add the vinegar, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken in the sauce overnight before cooking/grilling.
