    Recipe Introduction


    This sauce/marinade can be prepared and stored in the refrigerator for a week before using. Makes enough to marinate up to 10 chicken halves.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup oil
    • 1 pint cider vingar
    • 3 Tablespoons salt
    • 1 Tablespoon poultry seasoning
    • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 egg


    Instructions


    1. Beat the egg.
    2. Add oil and beat again.
    3. Add the vinegar, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper.
    4. Marinate the chicken in the sauce overnight before cooking/grilling.
