Dilly Salmon

List of Ingredients
1/2 c. dijon mustard
1/3 c chicken broth
1/4 c brown sugar
1/8 c cider vinegar
1 1/2 T soy sauce
1/2 c oil
1/4 c minced fresh dill or 2 t dried
1/4 t pepper
1 1/2 lb salmon
Recipe
1. In a small bow, whisk together the mustard, broth, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce until well blended.
2. Whisk in the oil.
3. Stir in the dill weed and pepper.
4. Marinate the salmon in 1 c of the marinde for at least 1 hr., reserving remaining marinade for basting.
5. Grill/bake salmon until done, basting with reserved sauce.
