Hazelnut Coated Salmon

List of Ingredients
1/4 c chopped hazelnuts, toasted
4 salmon steaks/fillets (4-5 oz each)
2 T apple butter
1 T dijon mustard
1/4 t thyme
1/8 t pepper
Recipe
1. Combine the apple butter, mustard, thyme and pepper.
2. Brush mixture onto the salmon.
3. Top each steak/fillet with nuts.
4. Bake 14 to 16 min at 450 degrees or until done.
