    Sesame Ginger Salmon

    1 T. soy sauce
    1/4 c orange juice
    1 T. horseradish mustard
    2 dashes cayenne pepper
    1/2 t ground ginger
    1 t minced garlic
    1 T honey
    1 lb salmon fillets
    1 t sesame seeds

    Recipe



    1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, orange juice, mustard, cayenne, ginger, garlic and honey.
    2. Reserve 1/8 c for basting.
    3. Marinate the salmon in the remaining mixture for at least 1 hr.
    4. Bake/grill until done, basting with the reserved sauce.
    5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
