Dilled Potatoes

List of Ingredients
3 lb small red or yukon gold potatoes
1/3 c chopped fresh dill or 2 1/2 t dried
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 T. grated lemon zest
1/4 t. pepper
1/4c. butter, meltedRecipe
1. Remove strip of peeling from center of each potato.
2. Cook potatoes in salted water for 15 to 20 minutes or until done. Drain.
3. In a large serving bowl, combine the dill, onions, zest and pepper.
4. Stir in the butter.
5. Add potatoes, toss to coat. Serve.
