    I saw this recipe in an advertisement to make your home collection of recipies into a cookbook.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 cup dijon mustard
    • 2 TBLS olive oil
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
    • 6 medium red potatoes, cut into chunks


    Instructions


    1. Mix together the mustard, oil, garlic and italian seasoning.
    2. Toss potato chunks with the mustard sauce.
    3. Spread into a greased 9x13 pan.
    4. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occassionally until browned and tender.
