Rosemary Red Potatoes

- 1 3/4 lb small red potatoes, quartered
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients, tossing to coat.
- Place on a foil lined 15x10 pan.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned.
