    Rosemary Red Potatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 3/4 lb small red potatoes, quartered
    • 1 small onion, quartered
    • 1/4 c olive oil
    • 1 1/2 tsp rosemary
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Combine the ingredients, tossing to coat.

    2. Place on a foil lined 15x10 pan.

    3. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned.
