    Recipe Introduction


    I'm more of a potatoes or rice fan rather than stuffing, but these are wonderful.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups diced celery
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 1/3 cup butter, melted
    • 4 cups seasoned stuffing cubes
    • 1 cup dried apricots, finely chopped
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 1/2 cup raisins
    • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
    • 1 tsp rubbed sage
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper


    Instructions


    1. In a large skillet, saute the celery and onion in the butter until tender.
    2. Remove from heat and add to remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    3. Shape into 12 balls.
    4. Place into greased 13x9 pan.
    5. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
