Stuffing Balls

Recipe Introduction
I'm more of a potatoes or rice fan rather than stuffing, but these are wonderful.
List of Ingredients
- 2 cups diced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 4 cups seasoned stuffing cubes
- 1 cup dried apricots, finely chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp rubbed sage
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet, saute the celery and onion in the butter until tender.
- Remove from heat and add to remaining ingredients, mixing well.
- Shape into 12 balls.
- Place into greased 13x9 pan.
- Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
