Carrot Parsnip Puree

List of Ingredients
3 c. sliced carrots
2 c. sliced, peeled parsnips
1/4 c. butter
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
Recipe
1. Place carrots and parsnips in water in a saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, 15 to 20 minutes. 3. Drain.
4. Add butter, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
5. Mash or puree in food processor until blended. Serve.
