- 1 cup soft butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix well together, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Sift together and stir in, flour and salt.
- Chill dough and roll into balls.
- Place 2 1/2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake until set, but not brown. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar. Cool ans roll in powdered sugar again.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
