    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c sugar
    • 3 c flour
    • 1 T cinnamon
    • 3 eggs, beaten
    • 1 t salt
    • 2 c grated zucchini
    • 1 c oil
    • 1 t baking powder


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325*F.
    2. Mix all ingredients together and bake for 45-60 minutes.
