    Pecan Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 c dark corn syrup
    • 3 large eggs
    • 1 c sugar
    • 2 T butter, melted
    • 1 t vanilla
    • 6 oz pecan halves
    • 1 unbaked 9" deep dish pie crust


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350*F.

    2. Using a wooden spoon stir the first five ingredients together.

    3. Mix in pecans.

    4. Pour into pie crust.

    5. Bake on center rack of oven for 55-60 minutes.

    6. If not done, cook 5 minutes longer until center is done.

    7. Cool for 2 hours.
