Baked Pineapples

List of Ingredients
- 2 cans (20 oz) chunky pineapples, drained
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c flour
- 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- Mix sugar and flour together.
- Pour over pineapples and coat well. Set aside.
- Mix crackers and butter together. Thoroughly mix well, set aside.
- Transfer pineapples to a greased casserole dish.
- Pour crackers mixture over pineapples and don't mix.
- Bake for 45 - 60 minutes or until crackers are golden brown.
Final Comments
This is very good served beside a green bean casserole.
