    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cans (20 oz) chunky pineapples, drained
    • 3/4 c sugar
    • 1/4 c flour
    • 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    • 1 stick butter, melted


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
    2. Mix sugar and flour together.
    3. Pour over pineapples and coat well. Set aside.
    4. Mix crackers and butter together. Thoroughly mix well, set aside.
    5. Transfer pineapples to a greased casserole dish.
    6. Pour crackers mixture over pineapples and don't mix.
    7. Bake for 45 - 60 minutes or until crackers are golden brown.


    Final Comments


    This is very good served beside a green bean casserole.
