List of Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter (not margarine)
- 1 c heavy whipping cream
- 1 c grated parmesan cheese
- 1 to 2 t garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium sauce pan over low heat, melt butter.
- Then add cream, heat until hot, but not boiling.
- Stir in a little cheese at a time, stirring constantly,
- making sure cheese is melted before adding more cheese.
- Add in garlic powder.
- Serve over chicken, fettuccine or both.
- Refrigerate leftovers for no more than 3 - 4 days.
Final Comments
This is the best Alfredo Sauce I have ever tried.
