July 4th Chicken

30 chicken breasts, boneless with skin.
4 cups Italian dressing
1 1/2 cups Orange juice
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
6 Tbls. crushed garlic

This is designed to make feeding 25 or so a fairly easy procedure. You might need more or less marinade, but it is a simple enough recipe that it should be adaptable to any situation. I use a fairly large plastic container for marinating meals this size, but it can be almost as easily handled using Gallon size or bigger zip-lock style plastic bags. I am using boneless breasts with skin, because they cook-up easy and leave no bones behind which makes for easier clean up. I use lots of garlic, you can use less if you aren&&!t as big a fan of it as I am. Notice that I am preparing 30 pieces of chicken for an expected crowd of 25. Be prepared, you can always use the extra next week in salads or on sandwiches.
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl or blender, mix together well. Pour mixture over Chicken and let marinade up to 12 hours.
Grill chicken over low-med direct heat for 12 - 15 minutes, or until done, turning once after about 7 minutes.
