1/2 bottle champagne
12 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice
3 ounces triple sec
Sugar, for garnish
Orange slices, for garnish
Recipe
Combine in a pitcher the champagne, orange juice, and triple sec. Mix gently.
Before pouring the mimosas, wet the rims of two champagne flutes with orange wedges by rubbing rims inside and out. Dip the rim in sugar.
Pour mimosas, garnish with orange slices, and serve.
