1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Bread Dough, White or Honey Wheat, thawed
2 eggs
1 pound Muenster or Cheddar cheese, shredded
Sliced almonds for garnish
Recipe
1. On a lightly floured surface, roll thawed dough into a 20 x 6 inch rectangle.
2. In a large bowl, combine 1 egg and 1 egg yolk (reserve 1 egg white) and cheese. Place cheese mixture lengthwise on center of dough.
3. Fold the dough over the filling, pinch to seal seam.
4. Place roll seam side down in greased 9-inch round cake pan to make a ring.
5. Pinch ends together to seal. Brush with egg white and garnish with almonds. Let rest 10 minutes.
6. Bake at 325° for one hour. Remove bread from pan immediately; let stand for 15 minutes for easier cutting. Cut bread into wedges and enjoy!
