Smoked Trout Pâté

10 ounces whole smoked trout, or other smoked fish, skinned and boned
1/4 lb. whipped cream cheese
2 Tbs. fat-free mayonnaise type salad dressing
1-1/2 Tbs. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 Tbs. scallions, minced
cracker
slice cucumber
Recipe
Blend trout and next 5 ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Transfer trout mixture to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate if not serving right away. Allow refrigerated pâté to stand at room temperature 15 minutes to soften before serving. Serve with crackers and cucumber slices.
