    MAIN: GRILLED CHICKEN IN CAESAR MARINADE

    List of Ingredients

    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, trimmed
    1 large garlic clove, split in half
    2/3 cup caesar dressing





    Recipe

    1. Pound the chicken breast to an even 1/2 inch thickness. Rub the chicken all over with the cut side of the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Pour one-third of the dressing into a pan large enough to hold the chicken in a single layer. Place the chicken in the pan and pour the remainder of the dressing over top. Add the garlic halves. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

    2. Light a hot fire in a barbecue grill. Remove the chicken from the dressing and grill 4 inches from the heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, basting frequently with the dressing in the pan. Stop basting 1 to 2 minutes before you finish cooking. The chicken is done when it is uniformly browned and firm to the touch. Discard marinade.

    Yield: 4 servings
