    1/2 cup corn meal
    1/3 cup flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped jalapeno

    Recipe



    In bowl combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt and garlic salt. Beat smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Drop in oil, fry till golden brown.
