    MELT-AWAY BISCUITS with CINNAMON SPREAD

    1 cup butter, melted
    1 cup sour cream
    2 cups self-rising flour*

    * I didn't have self-rising flour, so I used regular flour and added 2 1/2 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt.

    Recipe



    Blend butter and sour cream together; mix in flour. Fill lightly oiled muffin tins 2/3 full with batter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. (Mine were done after 15 minutes) Makes 12-14 biscuits.

    CINNAMON SPREAD

    1/2 cup butter, softened
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 tbsp cinnamon

    Combine all ingredients; beating until smooth and creamy.
