    2 cups sugar
    1/3 cup cocoa
    1 1/2 cups butter, softened
    4 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
    1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
    1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme

    Frosting:
    1 lb confectioners' sugar
    1/3 cup cocoa
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan. Set aside.

    In mixing bowl, cream sugar, cocoa, and butter, until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Mix well. Stir in flour, coconut, and pecans.

    Pour into baking pan. Bake 40 minutes. When done, spread marshmallow creme over top. Cool before frosting.

    Make frosting: Sift together confectioners' sugar and cocoa. Set aside. Cream butter in mixing bowl. Add sugar-cocoa mixture. Fold in evaporated milk and vanilla.
