1 BOTTLE OF CHEESE WHIZ JALAPENO ( I CAN SEEM TO FIN D THAT IN THE STORE ANYMORE SO I USE TOSTITOS QUESO DIP WHICH I THINK TASTES ALOT BETTER)
1-16 OZ. CAN OF SOUR CREAM ,

PEEL THE POTATOES; RINSE THEM AND SLICE THEM INTO OVAL SHAPES. CUT THE SAUSAGE IN TO SLICES ALSO .MIX THE SOUR AND CHEESE TOGETHER IN A LARGE BOWL. NEXT GET YOUR PAN 13 BY 9 IS BEST. RUB BUTTER ON BOTTOM OF THE PAN PUT A LAYER OF POTATOES DOWN THEN SAUSAGE THEN CONTINUE UNTIL BOTH POTATOES AND SAUSAGES ARE GONE THEN POUR THE CHEESE MIXTURE OVER THE POTATOES AND SAUSAGES. COVER WITH FOIL. PUT IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 350 DEGREES. LET COOK UNTIL POTATOES ARE TENDER. ( IT TAKES ME ABOUT 1 HOUR BUT OVENS DIFFER.
· I PUT A PIECE OF FOIL ON THE BOTTOM OF THE OVEN SO IN CASE THE CHEESE SPILLS OUT.
