    Crust:

    1/4 c. margerine
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 tbsp. sugar
    3 tbsp. cocoa

    Filling:

    2x8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. frozen concentrated orange juice

    1 1/2 c. semisweet chocholate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. orange flavoring

    Crust:

    Melt margerine in saucepan. Stir in crumbs, sugar and cocoa. Mix well. Press into bottom of 9" springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

    Filling:

    Beat cream cheese and sugar at low speed until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating slowly after each addition. Mix in orange juice.

    Melt chocholate chips, in saucepan over low hear. Stir to hasten melting. Add to cheese mix. Add flavorings, pour into crumb lined pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 70 minutes until top feels firm and dry. Cake will quiver if shaken. Cool at room temperature. Then chill several hours or over night before serving. Serves 8-10.
