1 1/2 pounds Ricotta, (24 ounces)
1 pound cream cheese, (16 ounces)
6 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla
6 tablespoons flour
1 pint sour cream, (2 cups)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Need a 10 inch spring form cake pan. Cream Ricotta and cream cheese together. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla and stir in. Spoon in flour and sour cream, and mix well.

Pour into spring form pan. Bake for 1 hour, more or less, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
