Heavenly Orange Cheesecake

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup orange juice
3 packages (8 ounces each) PHILADELPHIA® Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 tub (12 ounces) COOL WHIP® Whipped Topping, thawed
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 OERO® Pie Crust (6 ounces or 9 inch)
Recipe
SOFTEN gelatin in juice in small saucepan; stir over low heat until dissolved.
BEAT cream cheese and sugar on medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
ADD gelatin mixture gradually, beating well after each addition. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until slightly thickened.
GENTLY stir in whipped topping and peel; pour into crust. Refrigerate about 3 hours or until firm. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
