    2 packages (8 ounces each) PHILADELPHIA® Cream Cheese, softened
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 egg yolk
    1 HONEY MAID® Graham Pie Crust (6 ounces)
    1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1 teaspoon water

    Recipe



    1. BEAT cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs and egg yolk; mix just until blended.

    2. POUR into crust.

    3. BAKE at 350°F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Just before serving, heat broiler. Mix brown sugar and water; spread over cheesecake. Place on cookie sheet. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until topping is bubbly.
