4 chicken breasts,skinned
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp oil
3 cloves of garlic,minced
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp whit wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup water
6 green onions,cut
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Recipe
Cut chicken into 1inch cubes.
Lightly toss with cornstarch in a bag to to coat. Heat oil in skillet or wok.
Stir fry chicken and garlic until lightly browned. Add soy sauce,vinegar and water.
Cover and cook 3 min or until chicken is cooked. Add onions and cayenne,cook uncovered for 2 min. Serve with rice.
