2 cups biscuit mix
1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs
1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In large mixing bowl, beat biscuit mix, Eagle Brand, sour cream, 1/4 cup butter, eggs and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon until smooth. Pour batter into lightly greased 11×7-inch baking dish.
2. In small mixing bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon butter and remaining 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture evenly over batter. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in dish on wire rack 10 minutes.
